Our factory in Jimei, Xiamen runs across two full floors: cutting, sewing and assembly on one floor; QC, packing and shipping on the other. A team of 40+ craftsmen, each with 20+ years in the trade, watches over every step.

How We Work
Precision Fabric Cutting A 5mm error in fabric cutting means a whole batch of tents won’t assemble. We use CNC cutting tables and always approve a sample cut before bulk production.
Your Design, Executed Exactly Send us your drawings, or ship us a physical sample. Fabric, size, color, air columns, stakes, guy lines, logos — we build to your spec. No silent substitutions.
QC On Every Single Tent Each tent goes through a 72-hour air-pressure test, seam check and weld inspection. Senior craftsmen sign off on pre-production samples before we commit to bulk.
Packed For Your Channel Packing standards are different for retail stores, supermarkets, Amazon FBA and DTC websites. Outer cartons, hang tags, labels, manuals — all to your instruction.
Trial Orders Welcome We take trial orders under 100 units, so you can test a new design without committing to a full container. Reorder once it sells.

No need to hire a photographer, rent a studio, or ship samples back and forth just for a shoot.
